Optical Excellence:
The SLV-22FL uses infinity-corrected Plan Achromatic and optional Semi-APO Fluorescent objectives. This ensures sharp, high-contrast imaging across the entire field of view.
Modular Head System:
Choose between a Binocular (B2/B4) or Trinocular (T2/T4) Siedentopf head with 360° rotation and interpupillary distance adjustment (48–76 mm). Trinocular versions support camera attachments via a light-splitting switch.
Wide-Field Viewing:
Equipped with WF10x/22mm eyepieces, high-eyepoint, and diopter adjustments for comfortable, extended observation.
Robust Illumination:
Transmitted light uses 6V/30W halogen Koehler illumination, adjustable with a field diaphragm. Fluorescence imaging is supported by LED lamp houses (5W) with Chroma filter sets (Blue, Green, UV, Ultraviolet).
Fluorescence Capability:
The SLV-22FL supports both basic (B, G) and extended (B, G, U, UV) fluorescence modules, with a 6-hole disc turret and UV protection barriers. Ideal for multichannel fluorescence labeling.
Advanced Stage System:
Precision-engineered rackless mechanical stage (182×140mm) with 77×52mm travel and dual slide holder for smooth navigation and stability.
Precision Focusing:
Coaxial coarse & fine focusing (fine division: 0.002 mm) with 22 mm travel ensures accurate Z-stack focusing and sample depth examination.
Filter Flexibility:
Includes a standard Blue filter, with optional Green and Yellow filters for contrast enhancement in brightfield and fluorescence modes.
Phase & Polarizing Ready:
Compatible with optional Phase Contrast sets (10x to 100x) and Polarizing accessories for special specimen analysis.
Digital Imaging Integration:
Multiple C-Mount adapters (0.5x, 0.75x, 1.0x) and Digital Eyepiece Adapter allow seamless integration with imaging cameras or software systems.
